The recent dilution speaks volumes to the expectations of returns and risk to sophs.

Will purchases at 10c make a good return over the next two years if the uranium price strengthens, sure. My sell rating is because id rather the money allocated elsewhere in the sector. Happy to be wrong in the coming years. Not an expert by any stretch.
