Maybe like asking "how long is a piece of string?". PH3 trials are the most expensive - so I hope BIT bites the bullet and goes for a decent figure in any CR.
If the final results are exceptional - and I am not convinced that the prelim report points to that - then they could seek out some partnership deal. That is not guaranteed to come, of course.
In any case, they would need to cover other operational costs as the Ph3 trials could take some time.
