In any case it would take some time for any proceeds to be paid and received so this con note would have needed to go ahead in any case I think. It is much better terms than a CR would have been.
I would assume they'd have some kind of agreed in principle loan agreement with someone to borrow some amount against the proceeds from the arbitration so we should have access to the funds fairly soon.
