IMO - better for long term holders to hit the market for the entire construction costs than be reliant on others at everystage of the construction process going forward

The damage is already done - this non dilutionary approach has failed

Even the IDC component - Sell the GA project as long as phosphate project is given a chance to succeed

Even a 3c Cr will in the long run be much better

Agree Dangling the GA carrot that all is good and then now after months of advanced discussions - need Angolan banks to come good - hoping they need to feel their quotas
