This is no different to our agreement with AGIG where they build the WE processing plant, and impose a toll on every GJ that's processed through the plant. SN mentioned it will cost STX between $1 to $2 per GJ. In return, it eliminates the need for STX to think about how to raise c.200mn in capital (its half share) to fund the plant as well as any ongoing opex.
Still beggars belief that we will end up with 3 separate processing plants across 3 sets of neighbouring acreages in the PB. Talk about inefficient waste of capital deployment.
