I agree with you, Roger.
But regarding the matter of patent expiry, about 5 years ago IMU mentioned rather confidently that its IP and technology has a very high barrier to competitors' entry because much more than the regular chemistry is involved. Comparable generic products are not so easily produced by competitors; which was probably one of the reasons why Merial had difficulty bringing the vaccines into the market.
This IP then is both IMU's strength and weakness.
