I am tipping it is more likely to have something to do with the note below that appeared in the HY.

6. Events Subsequent to Reporting Date
A new wholly owned subsidiary Nexion Infrastructure Pty Ltd was incorporated on 16 January 2024 for the purpose of holding
additional data centre property assets.

Except for the above, there are no other significant after balance date events that are not covered in this Directors' Report or
within the financial statements at Note 18 Events subsequent to reporting date.
