I imagine we will see a lot happening in the next week or so. A statement from the BOD on its advice, likely a new valuation statement at current POG, something from the bidder highlighting TIE,s many missed production targets and lower guidance, trying to sow doubt.
i imagine TIE also will be trying to get firm commitments from major holders not to sell.
it could go either way atm.
very disappointing if the 68 cent bid is successful.
i see much greater value than this in the medium term.
I agree with you @Erneat, I also have that sinking feeling.
i really hope that TIE mount a spirited defence.
We will know quite soon how the chips will fall.
