Again you fail to put your head on and think about this a bit deeper. It should never be about they are getting something and I am not therefore i'm pissed off. Having a bunch of kids usually means there's additional transport requirements. Make sense? There's no bus or uber services in remote communities. Considering First Nations people are not exactly flushed with funds, how are they meant to buy cars? Another option is that the Govt give them the money to go and buy a car, but guess what would happen to that money? Duh! So it makes more sense to provide a vehicle for those who most need it, which usually becomes communal anyway.
If you take off the race anger goggles and see things logically it will all make far more sense.
