They had challenges processing ore due to winter conditions, lower QoQ. Process plant utilisation declined during the quarter due to freezing conditions in crushing buildings, frozen conveyer belts and heating issues etc..
Canadian miners and producers are going to have alot of teething issues, SYA is no different.
