"The Director?s Code of Conduct includes the following:
? Directors must consult with the Chairman of the Board, or in his absence, the Chief Executive, before dealing in shares or other securities of the Company ? Dealings (whether purchases or sales) in the Company?s shares or other securities by related persons may not be carried out other than the period commencing two days and ending 30 days following the date of announcement of the Company?s annual or half yearly results or a major announcement leading, in the opinion of the board, to a fully informed market.
Directors are prohibited from buying or selling ECT shares at any time if they are aware of price sensitive information that has not been made public. In accordance with the Corporations Act and the Listing Rules of the Australian Securities Exchange, Directors advise the Company of any transactions conducted by them in shares in the Company, which then informs the ASX of the details of the transaction.
