My apologies, it was not included in the last couple of years as the company was valued at over $300m &/or in the asx300 but has been included in past AGMs.
Like I said, not discounting the possibility of a CR. Some form of dilution + a loan from international banks is most likely I feel unless plant issues can be resolved reasonably quickly.
From any viewpoint, this is clearly giving them options depending on what happens next
