Congrats to all LTH on the upcoming FDA approval in June.

Quick question if I may?




As you can see the number of potential patients range between 4,000,000 and 15,300,000 people in the USA depending on study.

Botanix are aiming for 2% market saturation in year 1 if I have read these threads correctly?

That will be between 80,000 and 306,000 patients - and the cost is around $500 per monthly script?

So top estimates are between $480,000,000 PA and $1,836,000,000 PA

Minus all associated costs and royalties.

If we go with 1% market insertion then it's between $240,000,000 and $918,000,000 PA minus costs and royalties.

The questions I have are:

How advanced are Botanix pre-sales team in educating medical prescribers (GP's here) about Sofdra and are Botanix looking at reaching out into the major Hyperhidrosis treatment providers in the USA - such as The Mayo Clinic, John Hopkins & Mount Sinai in New York - with a view to becoming a long-term treatment provider?

Secondly - When do Botanix intend to start the official product launch in the USA?

Lastly, can Sofdra be used basically 'off-label' (not by much really but...) and treat palmar and plantar Hyperhidrosis as well?
