    "What I'd like to know is why is all our fuel costing the same as it was a year ago and our dollar is 90c+ US dollar. Is it because we are wasting money and sugarcane with ethanol blends?"

    Others may be able to answer that, but I do know that in the US, fuel is down to around 75 cents per litre. Even 70 cents in a few places.

    I think our fuel prices are based on Singapore prices in $US (?) but it seems a bit odd that they have dropped so much in the US itself, but not here.

    But then everything is much cheaper in the US now. Food, fuel, cars, some up-market European cars sold in the US are half the price we pay.
