It is in the context of my post. There would have needed to be a majority in agreement and within this question of whether to commit major capital expenditure they would have had to be very confident of what they were doing. Remember we now have Cameco who are no slugs and GLE Directors calling the shots. I m on record of calling out in particular MG for not acknowledging his shareholders without who he would still be a university lecturer.
