• release well-articulated press release convincing all with their their findings from the phase 2 human trials,
• disclose that the Gilead is keen to take the whole company at $0.77/s and loyalty fee subject to the approval fo the SHs
• disclose that the Gilead can depoly its resoruces to get the BIT225 Phase 3 done much quicker
• disclose that Gilead's payment for licensing and/or royalty fee is way more than the competitors
• disclose that MM will be rewarded with a privilege to sit on the Gilead board
