I wish they would give us an update on the proposed patent application because according to the Australian patent database, Surefire hasn’t applied for a patent to date.
When you search “vanadium” in the database you get a hit on Venus Metals which applied for a patent on “Selectively Recovering Iron and Vanadium”. That application was only made on 18/4/2024:
