Really...even you must know or at least have read of the many legal scholars who have made the point - as clear as it can be made - that whatever it is you think DT did in the SD case...was, at worst, a misdemeanour with the statute of limitations long gone and the bootstrapping it to a federal crime is just utter nonsense.
They, the Dems, know they got zero chance in a real court so the judge isnt even pretending to be even handed and fair...he has been told get the result we want
Then, they'll use that in some sort of political hit ad that DT is a "convicted felon"...oooohhh wahhhh...seeing their polling shows some folks might feel that's important and might change their vote
Until, of course, the Appeals court intercede but by then, they are very much aware it will be too late and whatever damage they were hoping to inflict, will have been done
