    Valid point you make re non binding offer.

    However PLV would not be jumping into anything that wouldnt be the best possible option for shareholders.

    Traders will exit. Well done to those who have done well.

    If the 'strong interest' shown in irvine resulted in this 'non binding' offer from the 'JTC' then imo at this early stage i'd say its potentially a monumental deal.

    I'm backing management in on this one as it has the hallmarks of something big...

    BUT with no guarantees.

    Tony mentioned 'Win/win' both parties will get what they want if all goes well.

    Just look at the language used by PLV;

    "Significant MINORITY partner in the Irvine project"

    Far far too early to assume too much.

    I'm liking the sound of it though...

    Lets hope there is a plan B for starters (other interested party/s)

    Lets hope share placements are done with the awareness that this project is undervalued and valued accordingly...

    and...

    If $$ are to be raised don't forget the 'little guys'...

    Looking forward to Tony's thoughts on this...even though he can't say too much at this stage ;)
