    Satori. Delaying an inevitable placement ALWAYS causes the price to fall. That was behind the fall in the sp pre-placement last time. It is happening AGAIN now.

    The SPP stopped the share price in it's tracks for months and months post placement last time. Hopefully that is the last time shareholders get an SPP in this stock.
