Ann: Investor Presentation , page-4

I posted the other day that I thought a cap raising to sophisticated investors was on the cards. IME these tend to be at a substantial discount to the current sp, and allays result in the sp dropping to the level of the cap rasing.

I think the key thing in that announcement was this bit:

"The following presentation was delivered to members of the investment
community today by Neptune?s Managing Director and CEO, Christian Lange"

If there was no announcement about this to the general public, then I think personally it is a pretty safe bet that the "members of the investment community" were the ones being targeted for a "sophisticated investor" cap raising. Just my opinion, but time will tell :) I think I will adjust my sentiment to lt sell... starting to get cold feet.
