I'm unfamiliar with this PAA scenario.. but i'm with @melburnian on this. There is a snowball's chance in hell this eventuates.. these are exchange traded, listed options. You can't just move the goal posts, as LT holders, buyers and sellers have all done so on the proviso that these options expire worthless at the end of Aug 2024 if the share price isn't north of 45c.
I can see a scenario when this could occur with unlisted options, but not IMUOD. And even then, why go through the hassle of doing so, when you could just rights issue a new series of options.
