IMO they haven't been doing an excellent job. The re-issue has devalued the stock beyond what it should as the price was too low. They must have gone into negotiations without any pants on. I negotiate settlements every day, and, that was a rotten one- that put them in an even worse position for the future.
It isn't their money they are stuffing around with. It is ours, and their performance has been ridiculous... It's Kazakhstan for freaks sake- make the right appointments with the right people and get it done. Stop toying around on the sidelines hoping you filled out your forms correctly while rolling in a dirty great pile of other peoples money...
And, dispite their claims, $170K is a great package for a bunch of [let's say, directors- to keep it G rated] who seem to get the boot a little too easy when the big boys come into town.
The oil is there, and so the potential remains solid, but, they deserve no reward IMO for blundering around instead of efficiently capitalising on what is a great resource.
When waterfords start pushing this big time, we will be on a winner, but, for the moment, I ain't giving anyone my vote for a raise. You want a raise? Do your job, then we'll talk....
