No mate, you're just trying to find a silver lining, and it's not working. Attaining one environmental approval in Salat hasn't done anything to speed up the approval of another; the evidence shows this. What you are now inferring is complete nonsense. If it were true, the initial environmental approval for the 2 ktpa plant should have significantly streamlined the 10 ktpa expansion; but it didn't, it took much, much longer. Now you're really going to try and pretend that it will speed things up for neighbours and the 24 ktpa expansion? Please.......
