variables include -
1. time of year - this can dramatically change the turnaround time
2. country of origin - different labs across the mining industry have greatly varying minimum requirements for lab work
3. type of assays being analysed
4. volume of assays being analysed
5. total fee for the batch of assays - also includes fast track fees
6. backlog of assays at time of dispatch
- there's numerous variables which make it too difficult to write off a set of results
