Which salar are RIO on again? Up until last week they had the most recently approved EIA for an operation on the Rincon Salar.
Per your logic, they deserve the credit for laying the path for AGY’s subsequent larger approval, don’t they? Didn’t they build the body of knowledge within the Salta Government which helped AGY get their recent approval?
