Why should one be concerned if we issue additional shares, if that is what it takes for us to continue and significanlty expand our operations???
Because the price isn’t as good as it has been? Oh boo hoo!
I still recall the endless whining by the karate kid back in 2021 when we raised $30M for the 2ktpa plant…. Endless whining about the “insto maggots” that were able to buy at 13c, despite the sp being well under 10c for most of the prior 12 months.
If we need a CR/placememt prior to the strategic partnership and associated funding, or even as part of that deal, so what?
It is what it is. What impact does that likely have on the project NPV or EPS profile…? Oh, you don’t have any modelling to estimate that, but it must just be a “disaster”. Of course.
….and just like the sun will rise tomorrow, the traders and those who have expressed intention to “buy in” at lower prices will of course paint every single thing as terribly negative… and continue to push the doom and gloom narrative!
The board, and management teams of AGY and Puna Mining, will strive to get the best long term outcome for the shareholders of this company; if anyone doesn’t believe that or otherwise doesnt expect those outcomes to be acceptable to their investment thesis… well there are 2000+ other options!
