Would’ve liked the bad news and the good news announced separately. Gives the impression they’re trying to sugar coat bad news with rushed good news.
Grandis is all or nothing for EXR and we’re seeking a JV partner so edge of seat stuff.
It seems only just commercial based on them highlighting how close it is to infrastructure. Any further and no dice.
