Why on earth should KAR ever pay a dividend? If you are after a dividend, you know where to go. Rake in ridiculous amounts of cash and (after rectifying minor temporary operational glitches) spend it on exploration and/or acquisitions = growth.
Google just announced their first ever dividend - sounds like they just ran out of ideas and had to ask Bard AI.
