It is a great system in most cases but not in all cases.
Just a balance thing , finding the sweet centre is the trick , that is the place where the majority benefit.
ETS a market mechanism opposed by the party of the free market. To be fair many of the small l liberals support this but the party has been hijacked by those alot further to the right. Shame.
