For sustainability to be effective in any company, it is imperative that people with the right skills are in the right positions and that procedures are robust and followed diligently. Competency, life experience and diversity of thought is what is important. Chromosomal distribution is a very poor indicator of useful diversity and borders on sex discrimination. They can do without the Cultural Marxism.
Note; 2 whistleblower incidences in 2023 and 1 in 2022. What was that about? Report doesn't say.
