There was strong institutional and soph support the last 3-4 CR with none going public until the last one. The last CR shareholders asked for some allocation and Dean went the SPP route to support and give us the opportunity which bit the company in the back. I have a fair conviction that if a CR is required it will be filled before any SPP required.
As an aside; there are some strong movements on REE indices and REMX today. Hoping these reflect in DRE long before any CR is required.
