You hit the nail on the head - I concur with the 45m plus shares for balance of 40%. But does it truly add value to own 100% of Australia when all the money that gets added is outside Australia and there is already a 5% royalty. I think that its these issues that have a very big impact upon ultimate share value.

Often the business gets into the range of EV you could have expected but the big issue is the number of shares that have to be issued in order to get there.

I was one of those that had a number of concerns between July and September but actually I had my investment money on the line with everybody else in this and from a lot earlier as well. I am still going to be vigilant and make sure that this delivers the best possible solution for shareholders. That includes encouraging management to offer deals to existing shareholders after all there are many here that have held for years - Good to get fresh investors but if they start dumping on 26 October than I am going to suggest to management that the next cheap stock be offered to holders.
