It can't be good for your health holding shares in a company run by a board that you think are liars. I've cut my losses before due to lifestyle management & unlike some, I didn't continue to post on the company's hotcopper threads. Regarding being panicked, who's panicking? The SP is a reflection of people who can't wait a month & moving their $ to other investments.
