So would the deliberate conservative scale up may be to as to not burn through cash in order to avoid the dreaded cap raising?.

Must every and all business in build/roll out phase go at it full force only ?.

Short term or pump hungry traders may seek this ...but building a sustainable business for long term is also another part of owning a stock and having to deal with this.

totally okay to have multiple views points as everyone is different in how they view a stock.
