Agreed, spend in the next quarter will be significantly less due to lower cost activities.
Having a bit of a guess here but I feel the Co is on a go slow to preserve cash until the PPSA is announced, perfectly reasonable strategy and don't see any need for the co to raise funds until PPSA is reached. Judging by the media activity and the tone in the quarterly I cant see any warning signs that the Co is out of favour with the Govt.
