Ooohhh my! Where is the continuous disclosure. I thought people like Board members had to update their owners the shareholders on any developments. Where are the disclosures on failed promises? Maybe when you fail at everything you do not disclose that you have failed. BUT you have to update and disclose. Can someone complain to ASIC about this?
