    A buyer would not be worried about cash on hand, they are only concered with whether they can monetise the tech and what this potential value is vs the costs of developing the tech themselves. Thats it. Cash in the bank and a $2.5 CN debt are a non issue. $2.5mln CN in the context of what it takes to develop the tech is not relevant
