Whenever SGR is spoken of in media I've noticed commentators are often talking about how the regulators might’ve over stepped & that it’s basically achieved nothing beyond unjustly & punitively destroy shareholders capital
In this light serving up Star on a platter for PE or Blacksone or whoever would be unwise to say the least (things are already failing the pub test)
as an aside I’ve got no problem with shorters but it’d be nice to see these ambulance chasing variety get smoked & at 1.1 billion MC it really wouldn’t take too much to start it
