re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Need to raise some working capital and pay $6M so better to get approval. As a Top 10 shareholder I will be supporting the move. I have seen so many small companies worry about dilution of shareholders over the last 25 years - and a lot of Directors wind up choking the company to death. At leats Howard has his head screwed on the right way.
