The problem, OpTrader, is that now a new intraday low of $2.58 (an all time low) has been established, people may not want to pay too much above that. It's just like when a new record intraday high is established with any of our shares- we remember that every time we think of a share's "worth", particularly if it was a recent intraday high. $2.58 becomes the new target.
FWIW, I reckon $2.59 is alright to pay for TLS. Good luck with it. I'd buy in myself if I wasn't such a chicken. :)
