I think that's a sound call there about adding value hwill. The Japanese have very high standards and to get their interest at all is a big win for PLV. I think it says a lot about the potential quality of a product and, indeed, the longer term potential of the project.
A staged approach with a Japanese partner is neither surprising nor is it a bad thing. The Japanese will want quality and consistency. They wouldn't even be talking to PLV if they didn't think they could get these.
Tony has also dealt with the Japanese in the past. Innovative, level-headed, trustworthy and there for the long-term. All very good qualities to have in a business partner.
