Electricity and raw material costs should be already included in the cash costs, which was reported lower than previous quarter. I don't think your thesis is quite right. However, given previous quarter's record low Nickle price, NIC still made money, I think the market is looking forward to the much better earning for the current price, and probably even higher with time moving forward.
If we can have the knowledge of pricing, we could work out the potential profitability of this beast. I think the instos know it and they are buying hard these two days.
