Hello everybody. Don't normally post very often on HC but thought i would share a few words on this one as i hold a few, and to be frank i am getting a little bit irrated with a couple of posters.

A few things i agree on.

The sentiment in this stock is obviously negative and the stock is currently under some sustained selling pressure. where that will end in the short term is hard to say.

The full year ended results are nothing but appaling, the fallout and consequences of this result have mostly been disclosed and one of the major contributers to that poor result is no Longer CEO ( i think this is also a positive).

Contributing conditions such as the state of play in europe and the tightening of health spending in Europe and a record high Aussie dollar is making a difficult situation even more difficult.

The debt facility from Ya Global been drawn quickly and repetively in a short period of time after the agreement had been reached was a concern, however now that isoft has been able to renogotiate its debt terms as well as extend its credit i dont see the likelyhood of continuing drawing down of the Ya facility.

Now to some positives and the reason i personally am invested in this buisness and may aquire more ounce i see some price stability.

Isoft is NOT a new to market provider with an unproven system. Its provides numerous solutions to the ehealth market has a healthy market share and generally good reputation in the platforms it does provide.

The buisness it competes in is a massively growing market with huge potential internationaly as well as localy.

The more recent information provided is telling me that Isoft understands that it needs to adapt its product range to the market demand and is all ready offering products in modules to meet that demand.

The fact that it is still able to negotiate terms and contracts suggests to me that the hospitals and trusts that are adopting isoft systems belive that the company wil still be around to install and service these systems.

Why would banks not only renogitiate isofts debt and terms of debt but EXTEND their loan facility if they believed that the buisness would be bankrupt in a short period of time? This is quite an achievement considering how tight many buisness are finding the financial lenders in the climate we are in.

As for short sellers, anybody short selling this stock from 10 cents down seriously deserves to be burnt badly.I dont see any evidence of massive short selling and why would you at this price as the risk reward is not in favour of anyone shorting. More than likely we are seeing the constant flow of stop loss trigering and margin calls. (incedently the margin rate for this stock for CBA was recently increased, dont see that normaly with stock thats about to go bankrupt)

    Now to my furstration.

People who do not hold a postion but are consistently in here speculating and frightning people into selling their stock or genrealy down ramping the company, whats your angle? In my experience you normaly have an agenda but not one you wish to disclose as you are wanting to profit from a much cheaper price. If you think the company is risky and not for you , well go somehere else and buy what you want and stop scarring everyone else. I have no issues with holders who are angry and looking for answers or looking for some discussion but you no postion down rampers really irratate me.

At the end of the day i am disclosing why i have bought the company and why i feel in the long term that i belive this company will turn around and provide good value.Sure there are risks and thats the reason this only makes up a small portion of my portfolio, but i see some potential and value so lets see what happens down the track :).

Good luck holders and dont let noise cloud your judgement too much.
