    Holders are delusional to think this is in any way a positive outcome.

    the reasons avz provided, in particular the last dot point are questionable. I guess avz don't like the scrutiny that comes with being a public company.

    tell you what, I'll buy shares for $0.05, final offer. Realistically that is probably better than what desisted.com will be offering
