There is so much happening ... this is a new world Oil and Gas province and I think that there will be a lot of M&A over the next couple of years ... the brave companies and their shareholders that took the chance and picked up Exploration Permits are IMHO going to be the biggest winners. The big companies will do well when they come in but the multiplier effect on the share price of little leaguers like PCL will be enormous. Sintana has already had a massive increase in it's share price but in my opinion it will be small potatoes compared to the multiplier that PCL will see if the 3D seismic verifies the 2D potential and identifies the best drilling locations. Couple this with the WDS commitment to drilling and it's difficult to put a price on what PCL shares will go to. The more information that comes out gets me more excited and the Namibian conference and the addresses by the Minister and the Lady who allocates the licences was in my opinion very reassuring that the government is committed to developing the discovered resources and eagerly anticipating future discoveries. It was, I think, the reason that our PEL 87 was reissued without the requirement to surrender a percentage of the area. I'm convinced that we are on a winner.
