Well there are a lot ot irons in the fire right now. I don't think they can negotiate their way through the maze for all of this without the experts they have appointed and the consultants they've hired to help with the FDA. Sometimes you don't really understand what needs to be done until you start tackiling the problems and the steps become clearer as you break it down. I get the feeling that things will become clearer as they start working out exactly what the FDA wants and how to achieve it. I don't think you can blame the company for this, the rules have changed and they've seen new ways to unlock the potential. It's just how things have evolved.
