Cost per scan isn't the payment model 4DX is going for long term.
AF mentioned in an interview they will be operating on a minimum number of scans for future rolls outs. a floor cost similar to PME. I asked that question personally in that interview.

Do you really care if I-Med Mildura, I-med Yarrawonga or I-med Bundaberg have 4DX available? would you not prefer metro areas with more people, or even better, the VA network of the USA, or massive hospitals?

Number of locations isn't as important as where the locations are, or locations such, as in the US VA with higher demands.

So yes, many regional I-meds don't have 4DX. Can we please move on from number of I-med locations to what is actually going to drive more scans.
