Yeah maybe but we raised a fair amount (and more than expected at the time) & you know this whole thing can be put to bed at anytime at anyplace at the drop of a hat - just keep that in mind esp those counting on a placement to buy back more cheaply
in fact it maybe exclusive so close to the end but again;
