well, if we ever get to see real costs and factor in cost overruns and look at time etc. - we shall see who still thinks nuke is viable for Oz

it's a monster idea - huge++++++++++ dollar cost, huge ++++ commitment and going from a base of almost nil nuke industry ---- well project wise - for Oz, I think it would be the biggest ever undertaken

the cost and waste management are the two primary problems which must be addressed to gain community approval. despite your cynicism most Aussies are pretty smart.
